McEwan Descendants from Islay
Islay is a small beautiful island off the Scottish coast in the Irish sea that is famous for its wiskey.
McEwan's have lived on this island for hundreds of years and their descendants have emigrated
and spread around the world. Most left in the 19th Century especially during the period 1840-
1880. No direct descendants with this surname remain on the Island.
This site is dedicated to the Islay McEwan descendants and their history.
